Going through some old emails, I uncovered proposal renderings I did a few years ago of an in-store jewelry display for Gap retail stores. I thought I’d post a couple process pictures, starting with the sketch and sample jewelry I was given at my first meeting with the jewelry design company Haskell Jewels:
After I put together a first draft in Rhinoceros3D, using the VRay render plugin, I met with Haskell’s art director again and we discussed the layout of the display table, moving some things around and changing some colors. She also wanted me to draw an oval-shaped table, to see which shape Gap would like better.
Finally, I presented Haskell with a few renderings which, after a successful meeting with their client, they were extremely happy with!
